This 7-day Tanzania Migration Safari offers a chance to see amazing wildlife in Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park. The journey starts with an overnight stay in Karatu after arrival. The next morning, travel to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, spotting lions, elephants, hippos, and many other animals. Later, head to the Serengeti and spend the night in a comfortable camp. The final day begins with a morning game drive in the Serengeti, watching wildebeest, zebras, and big cats in action. After the safari, return to Arusha, ending an unforgettable adventure.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), meet your safari guide from Amoa Experience for a warm welcome. After a short briefing, begin the scenic drive to Karatu, a charming town near Ngorongoro. Along the way, enjoy views of Mount Meru, rolling hills, and Maasai villages. Arrive at the carefully selected accommodation , where you can relax after the journey. Enjoy a delicious dinner and settle in for a restful night, preparing for the exciting safari ahead
Overnight: Eileens Trees
After an early breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most spectacular wildlife destinations in Africa. Descend into the vast caldera, home to the Big Five, large herds of zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a thrilling game drive across the crater floor, stopping for a picnic lunch near a scenic spot.
In the afternoon after an extensive game drive, return to the camp for relaxation and dinner.
Overnight: Eileens Tree
After breakfast, begin a scenic drive from the Karatu highlands, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and along the way you will meet the famous Olduvai Gorge Historical Site, as the history speaks for itself it is believed the remaining of the first human to live on earth were found.
Continue with the drive to the Serengeti, and arrive around afternoon whereby you will have a lunch break while the paper work are settled by your safari guide, there after he will join you for a lunch and begin a game drive in the Serengeti.
Overnight: Yellow Barbet Camps
Spend three unforgettable days exploring the Serengeti National Park, starting early each morning when wildlife is most active. Drive across the open plains, follow migration paths and stop by rivers to watch crocodiles and hippos. Each day offers new scenes, from hunting predators to playful young animals. For those seeking something extra, a guided walking safari is available at an additional cost. On the final day, enjoy a special bush lunch arranged by your guide, dining close to the wild as you soak in the endless beauty of the Serengeti before returning to camp for a relaxing evening.
Overnight: Karibu Camps
After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive as you exit the Serengeti National Park. The journey back to Karatu offers scenic views of the Tanzanian countryside, with a stop for lunch along the way. Upon arrival in Karatu, relax and reminisce the whole safari while waiting for the next day transfer to the Airport for departure, marking the end of an incredible safari adventure.
