Tour Overview
This 7-day Tanzania Migration Safari offers a chance to see amazing wildlife in Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park.
The journey starts with an overnight stay in Karatu after arrival. The next morning, travel to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, spotting lions, elephants, hippos, and many other animals. Later, head to the Serengeti and spend the night in a comfortable camp.
The final day begins with a morning game drive in the Serengeti, watching wildebeest, zebras, and big cats in action. After the safari, return to Arusha, ending an unforgettable adventure.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), meet your safari guide from Amoa Experience for a warm welcome. After a short briefing, begin the scenic drive to Karatu, a charming town near Ngorongoro. Along the way, enjoy views of Mount Meru, rolling hills, and Maasai villages. Arrive at the carefully selected accommodation , where you can relax after the journey. Enjoy a delicious dinner and settle in for a restful night, preparing for the exciting safari ahead

After an early breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most spectacular wildlife destinations in Africa. Descend into the vast caldera, home to the Big Five, large herds of zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a thrilling game drive across the crater floor, stopping for a picnic lunch near a scenic spot.
In the afternoon after an extensive game drive, return to the camp for relaxation and dinner.

After breakfast, begin a scenic drive from the Karatu highlands, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and along the way you will meet the famous Olduvai Gorge Historical Site, as the history speaks for itself it is believed the remaining of the first human to live on earth were found.
Continue with the drive to the Serengeti, and arrive around afternoon whereby you will have a lunch break while the paper work are settled by your safari guide, there after he will join you for a lunch and begin a game drive in the Serengeti.

On the fourth day, the safari continues with a full-day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The day starts early in the morning when animals are most active. Drive across the open plains, searching for lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.
In the afternoon, explore different areas of the park, following the migration paths and stopping at rivers where crocodiles and hippos can be seen. The vast landscapes offer great chances to see hunting predators or playful young animals.
Take breaks at scenic spots to enjoy lunch and relax while watching the beautiful surroundings. As the sun begins to set, return to your camp or lodge for dinner and rest, preparing for the final day of your safari

On the fifth day of the Great Migration safari in the Serengeti, enjoy a full-day game drive, exploring the vast plains where wildebeest, zebras, and predators roam. This day too is expected to be filled with incredible wildlife sightings, for those looking to add something extra, an optional activity is available at an additional cost. This could be a guided walking safari, offering a closer look at the smaller details of the Serengeti.

On the sixth day of the Migration Safari with Amoa Experience, you may opt for a short or long game drive we will be there to offer it all at our very best.
The Serengeti is vast and filled with number of wild lives, therefore each day offers a different encounter in a different part of the Serengeti. During this final day of the Safari, your safari guide will arrange bush lunch whereby you will have your lunch while enjoying the closeness of the wild animals on the ground. After game Bush Lunch and game drive, return to your safari camp for relaxation and dinner.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive as you exit the Serengeti National Park. The journey back to Karatu offers scenic views of the Tanzanian countryside, with a stop for lunch along the way. Upon arrival in Karatu, relax and reminisce the whole safari while waiting for the next day transfer to the Airport for departure, marking the end of an incredible safari adventure.
